Glossary

Key terms from the technical documentation, in alphabetical order. Documentation

CapEx
Capital expenditure. The protocol lowers CapEx by enabling fractional ownership of GPU hardware instead of full asset purchase.
Conway agents
Autonomous agents that connect to the platform via specialized smart contracts, reporting GPU cycle consumption in real time.
Expected Utilization Rate
The anticipated rate at which a GPU or cluster is used. Token value is correlated to this rate.
GPU cycles
Units of computational work consumed by agents on GPU hardware. Revenue is calculated from cycles consumed and price per cycle.
L1 / Layer 1
Layer 1 blockchain. In this protocol, L1s manage finality of ownership transfers and large scale payouts.
L2 / Layer 2
Layer 2 blockchain. Used here for high frequency telemetry of GPU cycles to keep reporting low latency.
Proof of Utility
Environment where idle GPUs generate no revenue; token holders are incentivized to support agent deployments that maintain high utilization.
τ (tau)
Time interval in milliseconds at which agents transmit usage metadata for real time reporting.
